FREE English Language course

at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School

Thursday Mornings from 9:15am  - 12:30pm.

​

Run by Keysborough Learning Centre.

Participants will need to make a commitment for a minimum of 12 weeks. Students will be supported to access classes online if they are unable to attend in person.

 

Basic English Literacy Skills 

Students will be engaged in activities that will improve their English reading, writing, and numeracy skills throughout the course.  Many of the classroom activities are related to the school curriculum focus for each term so that the students can get more understanding of their children’s learning as we deliver a literacy program in a school setting.Improved confidence and life skills to encourage participants to go out of their own community for participation, volunteering, further education and employment opportunities. Learning outcomes include language, literacy, and numeracy skills along with basic digital literacy skills.
